1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: Item must be in original condition, with tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) still attached.

  • Original Packaging: Product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • For hygienic reasons, swimwear without the original hygiene liner cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@rosylucy.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@rosylucy.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
